Winter Seed Sowing: Growing Native Plants from Seed
So, you want to sow! If you have never tried winter-sowing, learn how to start your own vegetable and/or flower seeds in this hands-on fun workshop. Winter-sowing is an easy method to germinate seeds by making use of the natural elements in the middle of winter. Sun, cold weather, rain and snow and some other inexpensive materials is all you need. Participants will leave the workshop with a container ready for spring germination and the knowledge on how to winter-sow on their own.
