Core Course: Strategies for Fundraising


Registration is required one week in advance as class space is limited. If you registered and find you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be made until the day before the class is scheduled.

Strategies for Fundraising

Instructor: Sister Peggy Scarano, national fundraising Consultant, based in Bardonia, NY

Description:

Learn the pros and cons of a variety of different fundraising methods including:

  • Strategic planning
  • Annual appeals and membership campaigns
  • Special events: dinners, golf outings, walk-a-thons, etc.
  • Marketing and Public Relations: donor recognition, website, social media, print and online newsletters, building relationships
  • Planned giving, major gifts, endowments, bequests
  • Capital campaigns

All courses take place at CCE Rockland’s Education Center at 10 Patriot Hills Lane, Stony Point, NY 10980.
