The 4-H Junior Animal Science Program, sponsored by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rockland County, is designed to give middle school youth an opportunity to explore animal science careers and concepts beyond veterinary science.
In this 6-session series, participants will:
• Visit local animal-related organizations
• Engage in hands-on activities
• Interact with professionals
• Gain insight into career opportunities
• Develop knowledge about animal care and behavior
Parents/guardians of youth are responsible for transportation to and from session locations. All sessions will take place rain or shine – please dress for the weather.

The program fee is $75.00* due with registration. Financial assistance is available for families with demonstrated need.
